Randy Smith with Foundation Recovery Systems in the St. Louis area provided fantastic customer service! Knowledgeable about the products, thorough with explanations/inspections/processes, easy to talk with and ask questions.

They came out for maintenance showed things I wasn't happy with no response basement started leaking after two years called and made an appointment that day came and had to call them to see what's going on. They showed up late and busted up the drain and said they would have to come back. Made appointment. Never showed up. I had to take off work . Called made another appointment Never showed up took of work for that the put spray foam around some of the work they done I had to buy a cover to make it look better. This has been going on for a month at my wits end. Very disappointed. Don't recommend.

Team did a great job - and set my expectations up front. Told me concrete may move a bit away from foundation as it raised, but would fill gap. Very satisfied with the results!

As far as we can tell, the work was effective at stabilizing our foundation, and the on-site crew led by Luke was great, informing us of their progress along the way. However, we expressed in advance our concern about protecting some of our landscaping. We were assured the crew would have boards to cover landscaping on which removed dirt would be piled. This turned out not to be the case. I’ve had quite a bit of expense and labor to restore landscaping that was damaged during the work. This damage could have been avoided. Foundation Recovery sends out $500 coupons to advertise for their work. My attempts to contact Joe and FRS to honor even a part of the $500 coupon to help defray my landscaping costs have gone unanswered. Our salesperson, Joe, was not present during the work and has not been responsive to our followup inquiries. We are very disappointed in the poor customer service from Foundation and its representatives. I cannot recommend this company based on their failure to address our up-front concerns, lack of response to our followup requests, and the false advertising that is associated with the coupons.

We started our journey with FRS a year ago in anticipating closing on our new home. Joe Bevins came out and gave us a quote at that time on what was needing to be done. Long story short, took a year to straighten out some seller titling issues and close on the house. Joe checked in through the process and when we could move forward, FRS honored the original quote from a year ago. Greg Harvie and his team were professional, quick, and communicative with us throughout the process. Joe has followed up after to ensure all is well and we are dry and snug. They've made our renovation process much easier overall. I highly recommend both this inspector and foundation team - they've offered ethical and excellent service above and beyond the call of duty. Ryan Stone( foreman),Andrew Brakefield and Brady Stevenson were great. Explained all our questions. Gave good advice. Didn't try to over sell us. All three had great personalities. Called ahead of time and always prompt. And kept the working area clean. Answered all our questions. Very professional.

The crew of Ryan, Brady and Andrew did a great job; all very friendly and personable. The project turned out to be more than anticipated and they stepped up to make sure the work completed to my satisfaction. Also did a great job of cleaning up the work site before leaving. Highly recommend this crew for their outstanding attitude and work ethic.

The job went well. From the initial inspection meeting to the work crew we were impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of all staff involved in the project. The work crew was very careful not to damage our yard with the equipment needed to do the job.

The team was very professional, thorough and went above and beyond for us. We are very happy with the work and would definitely hire them again.

Great crew Rodney Lawrence and Tyler Davis did amazing job and cleanup was great. All work was finished as discussed and we were told of everything that was being done. Very professional!

Anthony went above and beyond to inspect my home and it's damages to provide a perfect solution. I haven't seen many people with so much attention to detail and it's hard to find someone with a solid work ethic such as his.

Everything was on time and cost. Justin, our Inspector. took us through the whole process and helped explained what work they would perform and what the underlying cause of the problem was. The team came in on time and were very polite and professional. Extremely happy with the results and definitely would recommend.

Our home and garage which is on a concrete slab was sinking on one side so our project was to stablize the slab using piers and to use injection technology along with piers in the garage. I had used this company in Virginia so I was familiar with their work. William came to our home and explained everything they would do. He even came out a second time to answer questions that we had after talking with several other companies we got bids from. Austin, Moises and Tim came out on the date scheduled and performed the work. They were great and we highly recommend this team. Several unexpected issues came up along the way, they explained the problems and together we figured out the best way to handle them. Even with our unexpected snafus - the team finished on time. It was a great experience from start to finish and again, I highly recommend this company and the Austin, Moises, Tim team for doing foundation work.

William did a great job explaining exactly what was wrong and what it would take to fix it. Blake and Tyler were professional and made sure I was 100% satisfied before they left.

Foundation recovery customer service has been outstanding. Starting from Zach, making out the perfect game plin a affordable price. And Jacob. Robert and Robert doing the work. And keep me updated as I proceeded with the job. I would highly recommend Zack. Jacob, Robert and Robert are all 5 stars. In a professionalism coming from a military person was fantastic and Jacob leadership. You could tell with his crew was outstanding leader.

I just had my 1 year inspection with Jesse Feeler. Everything is looking good and I am very happy with the job FRS did. Jesse was especially knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything he did and provided me 'refresher' and some new information about my house and basement. Thank you Jesse!

Zach Sanders did an excellent and thorough job of checking the work that had been done and looking for problem spots and then apprising us of the options to fix them. He took the time to go over the service plans available and answered all our questions. Great job, Zach!
