The crew from Foundation Recovery handled the crawl space encapsulation and foundation stabilization job on my 105 year old American Foursquare with grit, guts and competence - they explained every aspect of the work, updated me on progress and any changes that were needed and also helped me identify some plumbing repairs that are needed that were impossible to diagnose with the crawl space in truly horrifying condition before they tackled it. Lee J., Robert S., Chase M., Kaden D. And Tanner W. - you left this homeowner feeling much more positive but the process of restoring this old house.

Camryn H, Joshua F, and Tanner from the Moberly office did a great job at our home. They had to deal with radiant heat in the floor and worked with a person from our heating and cooling guys to pinpoint where they could drill. Our lot is on a hill and they worked hard to not disrupt the area where they had to dig along the outside of the foundation. It wasn?t cheap to use FRS but the work was was worth it. Ethan Longbine just left here. He is a Service Technician with FRS. He did a great job taking care of a leaky pipe running from my furnace to the sump pit. He also was very helpful in wiping up some water/mildew area's after sealing the pipe. I have to say that FRS customer service is stellar, and I would recommend them to anybody. They are not cheap, but sometimes quality costs. And it is especially good to know how they treat previous customers like me. Because that is what makes "return customers"! What a great company! From our initial consultation with Barry to the ground crew Lee, Camryn, and Joshua, this has been an easier process than I could have hoped for. Lee, Camryn and Joshua did a great job raising our entire slab all the way around the house. Professional and courteous- they were always polite and happy to answer any questions I had all week long. They did a great job of cleaning up inside and out. If this crew isn't the number one crew in the nation they should be! You can't go wrong with Foundation Recovery Systems.

They said they couldn't raise the porch after they already used their foam under my porch. I was never informed that it might not be possible to raise the porch. Make sure you get EVERYTHING from them in writing and signed legibly. I could never recommend a company like theirs that isn't completely honest and upfront about their project. Yes, they did keep the money I paid in advance.

Lee, Camyrn and Ethan were the crew that fixed my foundation. They do excellent work, are very courteous and professional. My son and I highly recommend this company and crew. It was a pleasure.
