Overall good service! Minus the billing discrepancy between the seller and the office that I have continued to push back on the extra $800 they want to pay free paying in full, the work was good.

I did not hire them because I did not haVe a foundation issue, in their estimate they told me straight out that I had a drainage issue.

They did a thorough assessment of what I needed and provided me excellent advice rather than charging me for repairs I did not need. If I ever do need to have my house’s foundation repaired, I will definitely use this company! Everyone I spoke with was nice, competent and professional.

They came out and advised I needed a contractor not a foundation company. Great moral ethics because they were truthful

I had two areas about 15 feet that had one level at least an inch lower than the adjacent cement. I received a quote to have foam injected under the low cement area to raise it to level with the other surface. The job was quoted as a "couple of hours". The workers did their best to raise the concrete but the foam went under the other surface and created a balloon effect raising all of the area so I now have a hump and cracks in concrete where the foam raised areas other than what was the original area. I had to cut off my garage door in order to fully open and close the side door. The workers that came tried their best to make the job work and some of the area is more level but I originally was going to grind the surfaces and I wish I would have gone that route now. They did reduce the cost substantially since they could not complete the project correctly. Without knowing what is under your concrete area you really are taking a chance that this procedure will work.

Jonathan first came over to my home to assess the job and provide an estimate. I asked him many questions over the course of a few weeks and he was very responsive. We agreed on the final scope after much discussion and I appreciated his patience. George, Del and Reggie came over to do the installation of smart jacks and supplemental beams. They were efficient and kept the house clean. George identified some changes which saved me some money in the end, and I appreciated this very much. They provide excellent service.
