They did a good job with the repair. However, they mixed my top soil in with all the concrete and rocks when they had dug out to the foundation and Ive had a hard time correcting this since they put my shrubs back in this area.

We feel safe but they were in a hurry to finish and we contacted them about minor problems and they were taken care of, overall good work but expect a mess

Called them for a quote on a French drain. While looking at the site I mentioned AFS was installing a pier under the corner of the foundation. The owner told me his company is and run by "old school" professional people who does what they say they will do. Also said he trained he owner of AFS they used better material than AFS. He said it was the same material that is holding up the Leaning Tower of Pisa in Italy so I hired them for both the drain and the foundation pier. While digging they broke the water pipe to the house. One of their men fixed the pipe but we they filled the hole with dirt he said they didn't pack it because didn't want to break the pipe again. When the dirt settled the pipe burst. I called and they repaired it again and brought more dirt. The leak caused the water bill to double. After a year the dirt settled again and they brought more dirt and charged for it. The month after the water bill started going up again and became higher over the next 3 months. Eventually the water started pouring out down the yard. I called the owner who tried to tell me the leak was from cold weather and reluctantly said he would send men out to repair it. He left my home mumbling everyone wants something for nothing. Instead of sending a plumber he waited a week to send his men out to the house all while water is gushing out. I just got the water bill that averages 64.00 and it is now 223.00. I now regret not using AFS.
