JES Foundation Repair

The boys, Dillion S and Andrew C were very helpful in explaining the process when they were doing work on my crawlspace. And they did a fantastic job.

Joe Caruso was just excellent. He explained everything to be in great detail so as I could understand & felt well taken care of. I know who I’ll be going with for my crawlspace repair!

Joe was very professional and really seems to know his stuff. He explained things in a way that was easy to understand and gave helpful recommendations.

In April JES did a single room crawl space and installed a dehumidifier to solve a mold problem. The dehumidifier stopped working. After numerous calls, a JES electrician came all the way from Richmond to repair. It continued to trip the breaker after he left. So no dehumidifier and more mold. JES does not respond to customers period after they receive payment. My next step is to file a complaint with the BBB, VA state attorney general’s office, and the Federal Trade Commission. Would not give them even one star.

Joe was friendly and well informed on their product. Seemed well experienced as well.

They did alright with the foundation repair. But they had to cut holes in the parking lot,which they have not fixed properly. Now I cannot get them to return my calls.Next call is to my lawery.

Had a SEVERE problem with the original construction of my 7 year old home. JES sent a rep out who diagnosed the problem and gave me what I considered a very fair quote to fix it. The crew they sent out, Angel Mara, and Isaias & Jose Flores were professional, communicative and friendly. Communication between setting the appointment and the actual day of was weak, but otherwise very happy.

Upon discovering that when our now four-year-old home was built, the support beams in our crawlspace had not been properly installed, nor had adequate ventilation been provided resulting in the stability of our home being in jeopardy. We began a search for a reputable company to address our issues. We found JES. We were fortunate to have Charles Logan as the representative to assess our needs. Charles was very thorough in determining what needed to be done. Zachary Conner and Michael Kimberlin were assigned to perform the work. They were very conscientious in taking the steps that were needed and keeping us well informed along the way. Charles, Zachary, and Michael were very professional, very pleasant, and respectful of our property. Thank you for putting our minds at ease and in making our home feel safe.

Sofia Gick and Tyler Dunford were very professional and communicative. They adjusted the installation on the day when they discovered we had a foundation they weren’t expecting and saved us a bunch of $$$.

They were very professional and knowledgeable , they know their job well, very friendly and did very well handling my home and keeping me informed of the project. Would definitely want them to work at my home again.

Sofia Gick, Kaleb Lamonde, and Brandon Kennedy were excellent to work with. They were polite, respectful, knowledgeable about their work and gave great communication throughout the whole job. And...they even were able to complete all the work that was scheduled in 3 days instead of the 4 days we were expecting. Overall a great experience and would highly recommend this team.

The crew that did job waz good. Rob, Robert. The costumer service is ****. Weeks without a call back. Left multiple messages, mins after they called me. Never a call back. The procedure was not what they told me. Now I have water in basement, which I never had before. Got hung up on when I finally got to talk to a person, after service.

They were perfect. Zach, Mike and Felipe did an excellent job. They were very nice and polite, I would certainly recommend them for any job.

Excellent, professional service! I actually could not say enough about JES. From the moment of arrival to the time of departure, Todd thoroughly explained every step of the process for our evaluation. He even took the time to repeat himself several times as I wanted to ensure I understood everything correctly. He was very thorough and kept us informed throughout. He took what was potentially a negative situation with our foundation situation and turned it into a workable situation that could be fixed with viable options that were affordable for our family.

We found them to be straightforward with their inspection, assessment, service and follow-up. They were honest about the services needed and costs. Technician Kunkel was fantastic!!!!

Warranty is worthless, they won't stand behind their work

They did a good job. $1.000 more expensive than another company that we were talking to. They claim they would match competitors price but I missed contacting them within 30 days so I didn’t get the discount.

Everything went great, Mark Dupont was awesome and couldn’t imagine doing this process with anyone else. He was very knowledgeable and made this process painless.

My sidewalk had sunk and they raised it with foam. One month later sidewalk has fallen again and they are refusing to return my phone calls asking for help. They seem nice but what I want is to have sidewalk fixed.
