Great communication from the company. Alex was the project manager and he was pleasant, polite, on time. Excellent work by Hunter K., Jacey H., and Teddy F.!!! I was so impressed with the encapsulation of my crawlspace that I immediately scheduled for the crew to come back and encapsulate my basement! They were very careful and attended to details, communicated every step of the process, made sure I understood what they were doing and why, and that I was pleased with the work. Chris Peplinski came out and gave us a fair and honest estimate on fixing our foundation. Alex and crew arrived and installed helical piers to shore up our foundation and you couldn’t tell they were even here. Everything from the first call to the install was top notch! Highly Recommend!

I gave a 4 for value for money as I have nothing to compare it to. It cost $9K to drill troughs, enlarge sump with 2 separate drain lines through foundation 10â into yard, battery backup and alarm in my 8x8 crawl space/Michigan basement. Steve, Tom & Dakary worked tirelessly to get the job done right in this challenging old home with access to crawl space under staircase to 2nd floor! They were friendly, professional and left the house spotless when done. I highly recommend this crew, VERY hard working and extremely knowledgeable. Thanks guys!

Professional service from inspection/bid right through installation of crawlspace lining, dehumidifier, and sump pump. Jake, Tim, and Josh were respectful of us and our house/property. Communication on arrival time was much appreciated. A little pricey but I believe you get what you pay for and I should have done this years ago. We did not have water issues but an earthy odor and this appears to have fixed this. Well done guys.

I have a 1900â s farmhouse with multiple additions in an area with a high water table. I have dealt with water in the basement after every hard rain and during the spring thaw. The basement was very musty and damp. This job was handled professionally from the estimate to final walk through. John and Miles were excellent workers. They were very polite and professional. The job they did supporting my sagging basement wall looks like it should take care of the problem. They placed steel plates against the basement wall, and also buried other ones out in the yard, and connected them with steel rods. Then they torqued them, which should prevent any further sagging of the wall.

Done on time good cleanup after installation. The crawl space is much cleaner and lighter the dehumidifier continue to run drying out the area
