Foundation Systems of Michigan was Purchased by Groundworks, then stopped all Whole House Generator Installation and Service. If you have a service contract that Groundworks is not honoring, please let me know. I want to start a Class Action Lawsuit. Thank you, Chris

They repaired my basement leak, but left me with another nightmare, when they completed the project, they left me with another nightmare outside problem. My backyard is completely flooded and has flowed into my neighbor's yard. When the job was completed I asked about the continuous water flow and was told give it a few days and you'll be okay. Well I gave it a week and my backyard is submerged under water, I can't go outside to use it, can't cut grass cause it's so soggy. I called for two weeks with no response, only the operator telling me that I was on high priority? Finally I get a call from Bruce and he asked if I could take pictures of my problem, I did and he called back shortly and said that's it was my problem and that they only do basement repairs, and that I need someone to come out and fix that, but I told him I didn't have that problem before he fixed my basement. And that they don't access outside of the home, and couldn't gage what would happen after the repair. He then said from the pictures I probably had hard soil and that might be my problem for the water staying up top, hard to believe for me but that was his answer, wasn't their issue, end of conversation. Well they repaired my basement and transferred it to my backyard, thanks Foundation System of Michigan!

I dont like the fact that FSM does not schedule any inspections by city and gets paid in full without the final inspection being completed.What happens if the inspection fails and again the homeowner is responsible for scheduling the inspections. Not good.Also the permit process all messed up.

Anthony Joseph was like Jordan in 93. Only thing that would have made this visit better is if he gave me the wing power ball numbers. Awesome guy awesome job!

The Guys were great, very quick, cleaned after them self's, very informative, answered many questions, i would have Dustin M the foreman, and his assistance Mason O and Terrence B do any job again for me, or recommend the company to all my friends and family, thanks again for the security I will not have issue's in the future on that wall.

Do not hire them.....if you have a problem it is VERY hard to get a hold of them. Still waiting for them to call me back...........

As the representative of Bushnell Apartments, the crew of Jason M, Emmanuel B., Gibran S., and Kyle B. did a remarkable job installing our new drain tile and two sump pumps. They worked efficiently and meticulously in the preparation for the installation. They were very professional, kind, and respectful in completing this project. The foreman, Jason, led his crew in a very well organized manner. Professionalism is the work I would use to describe the work performed by this crew. All debris was cleaned up after the job was completed and Jason showed me the work that had been done. I was very pleased! I will recommend FSM to colleagues and friends. Would not hire them. I have been lied to and I get a different story every time someone comes out. Had guys out for the second time to adjust jacks. The pump has been running nonstop since they left on Thurs. I called they sent a kid out he did not go check the pump and was guessing at what happened. Called again and now I have to wait until the middle of Sept . to get someone back out. Very bad customer relations. All they want is to do more work to make more money and then have a problem getting them to follow up on maintenance.

On 8/12/22 a very personable and professional young man, Derek C., came to my home to assess a situation with my dehumidifier. Not only did he ascertain the trouble, but also he quickly and efficiently solved the problem! This truly made my day! M. Byoune

Josh T. went above and beyond to make sure all our concerns were taken care of and future appointments were scheduled- I would give him a â  10â  if I could!
