I recently interviewed four "landscape" companies to get estimates on installing a drainage system, including a French drain, to mediate a standing water problem in my backyard. All four companies were terrific, but FCS Foundation Repair (FCS-FP) stood out. Gerardo Duenas, the company Structural Analyst, arrived on time and provided detailed information on what the job would entail, adding better/more thorough information than the other company reps. Though not the low bid (not by much) Gerardo worked with me on the cost and schedule and agreed on the project. Gerardo met the work team the first day and briefed the Foreman, Gerardo (... different gent), on the agreed upon requirements. The team set about the work immediately and carried out the scope to the "T." Though urgency wasn't a job requirement, it came into play, because of spring storms predicted in the area. Gerardo (#2) was perfect is carrying out the work and keeping me up-to-date on progress. Complicating the "admin" side of the job was personal protective masks due to the Covid-19 virus. The job was completed on budget and ahead of schedule: I couldn't be happier! FCS-RP has my HIGHEST, unqualified recommendation for any work the bid. Top Marks!!

The decided lifting the beam was not required after all, as another company had said. What they did was to replace rotted wood under the two sliding doors and 5 floor joists under each and new subfloor. Good work, they knew what they were doing. Highly recommended.

They had the best solution for our house. We needed to stabilize rather than fixing the foundation. They performed the work quickly, with high quality. They kept great communication with us on the progress. While they were not the cheapest one, they are the best choice overall.

Didn't do all they said they would do. Hauled away dirt and said they would replace it later but has never made it back even after i called.

It went well.

They remove the old patio and stacked the tiles for us and set forms and came back the second day installed the rienbar and poured the new patio. Did an excellent job!

Rodrigo came out to give us a quote to install concrete piers to raise our slab foundation. Out of all the companies we had out, he was the only person that walked around the house with me and explained what he was seeing that was of concern. He offered 2 solutions for us to choose from which we appreciated. Their price was not the lowest and not the highest of the companies we received quotes from. Rodrigo responded to questions promptly via email or phone which we appreciated. The job was completed in 3 days including clean up exactly like they told us. There were some mis-communications along the way such as being told originally we didn't need to be home the whole day on the day they were digging (someone did as they needed electricity) and the crew not moving the excess dirt into the back of the house like we discussed with them but with one call to Rodrigo his crew was back out the next day to move the dirt. They even spread it out and leveled it where we wanted it placed. The crew was clean and thoroughly cleaned up after the work was completed including rebuilding some brick flower beds and power washing our driveway. All paperwork was provided to us in a timely manner. Of note is that they don't repair mortar or re-calk windows after the work is complete but they are completely up front about that- just if you want that included in your foundation repair, this is not your company. We are pleased with our decision to use Foundation and Concrete Services and would recommend them if you need pier work.

FCS went above and beyond our expectations. FCS performed all services as promised and on time. We had 18 piers installed. Our home is now level. Cracks have closed up in our ceramic tile floor and ceiling. Doors close easily now. We were amazed and the energy and cheerful attitude of the workers in the 100 degree heat. They even replaced cracked exterior brick at no extra charge and cleaned up well at completion. The best part is that out of 3 bids, theirs was the lowest! Jorge kept in frequent touch with us. I would not hesitate to recommend FCS to anyone needing foundation repair.

The repair on my home consisted of constructing a new foundation under 60 ft of brick wall that had cracked and shifted. The new exterior grade beam was approx. 8 in wide and 30 in tall with rebar. Then the bricks were reinstalled. The plan had been approved by a professional engineer. I followed each step and was satisfied with the plan and the quality of the work. Cleanup was performed after each of the 20 days. The wall is now stronger than new and looks great. Thanks for a good job!

The Foundation and Concrete Services team was professional and did a good job. Rodrigo was good to work with and I appreciated his honesty in addressing situations that did arise on the job. They were a good contractor and I would recommend them.

I had 50 drilled piers installed for my 50+ year old house. It was completed in under 2 weeks including the 5 days for curng the concrete piers. Anytime i had a question throughout the process (ven after it was completed), Rigo was quick to answer it. And he was as always courteous in his responses.
