Your trust is important to us. To clarify, the water heater installation completed on January 5, 2023, was reviewed and approved by you before any work began. We understand that pricing transparency is critical, and since that time we have improved our processes to provide clearer, more detailed upfront pricing so customers know exactly what to expect. Regarding the insulation work performed in 2018, as Nathan explained at the time, additional materials were ordered to ensure our technicians could complete the job without delays or the need to travel to another supply house. Any excess materials were simply that, additional materials ordered for job completion, not unused services charged in error. We appreciate your feedback and the years of support your family has given us. Our goal is always to operate with integrity, provide quality service, and continuously improve.
