I had a very good experience with Thomas, of Founders Renovations. Quick response, reasonable prices, good communication and worked me in within the timing I needed. He put in wire shelves in the laundry room and new outlets and wire pass-throughs for TV area. Both were done with consideration, apparent skill, and aestheticly pleasing technique; everything was straight, balanced, and clean. I appreciated his professionalism. He provided an accurate quote upfront, Let me know options and kept me in the loop in the process. He used a respectable app for payment, that was hassle free. l also appreciated his time and efforts to pick up necessary product. Especially with gas prices being what they are. Thomas of Founders Renovations refinished our deck in exactly the color we asked, for the quite reasonable price he had given as an estimate. He fixed a broken latch on the deck gate, and expertly replaced two boards that weren’t solid anymore. He also hung up a bracket for our bird-feeder. At my request, he also replaced and repainted the upper framing of our back door for a very fair fee. I asked him to replace the exposed electrical outlet on the deck with an outlet in a weatherproof box and he did that too. He is kind and reliable, and he was available to work right away. I highly recommend him!!

Thomas( owner )installed a new faucet in the bathroom and fixed some plumbing issues. He is professional, courteous and kept the work area clean. The project was completed to my satisfaction. I would recommend him and use his services in the future.

We had our deck sanded and restrained. Thomas did a great job, was conscientious about the weather, and waited on best day to stain. Price was very reasonable and we are very pleased with Thomas and his work.

FOUNDER'S RENOVATIONS -- A FAIR PRICE FOR EXCELLENT WORK I contracted with Founder's Renovations to finish the two unfinished walls of my third garage bay, where I had recently installed a golf simulator. The job included insulation, drywall, new electrical lines, and installing a mini split heat pump. The owner, Thomas Williams, was professional, efficient, and friendly. He listened to me, made suggestions, and after we agreed on a plan, he delivered excellent work in a timely fashion. The proposal was fair, invoices were detailed, and there were no surprises at the end. Thomas communicated clearly throughout and it was a genuine pleasure to work with him. When I requested him through the Angi service, he was the first to get ahold of me. He called right away asked me what I had going on I told him. Because of the kind of job it was he had a pretty good idea in his head what he was going to charge. I went and bought a faucet he came over removed the old installed the new had to go to the store to get a couple parts. He came exactly on time. He did exactly what he said he was going to do. And he charged exactly what he said it was going to be. He was very friendly, very professional and even gave me ideas for the future to maintain the faucets performance. I honestly don't know what else anyone would be looking for. I'm not sure your coating this I'm just saying it like it was. It was an absolute positive experience that I was hoping I would get. I recommend him highly.

When I talked with Thomas, he suggested luxury vinyl plank (LVP) and took the time to explain why it was a better fit for what I needed. He explained that LVP is durable, water-resistant, easy to maintain, and holds up much better to tenant wear and tear, all while still looking clean and modern. The price difference was significant, and I really appreciated his honesty in recommending an option that made sense for my situation instead of trying to upsell me.
