Nick was professional, knowledgeable and extremely explanitory to us as first time home owners. The report was clearly written and had pictures to help us understand what we should have our builder work on. Seeing and understanding this made us more confident during the blue tape walk and final walk. Originally we felt that by getting a new build home we would not need an inspection. We are glad we got one and went with Nick, there were some issues we would have missed otherwise. He was early, through and a much needed part of our buying journey!
