Oscar did poor quality work. I gave him many chances to make it right, and after waiting for weeks he finally promised to do the repairs, then vanished.

I call on Super Bowl Sunday and Oscar picked up the phone and schedule to come out, provide an estimate, and upon acceptance of the estimat do the work. He showed up with a partner and compleded the work on Monday, 2/3 at 11 AM. I am pleased and thankful to these two young men for coming out and completing the work in a timely manner. Thank you!
