We had an appointment at 11am. I got an email that morning that they wouldn't be there until 1. They did not get there until 2:40. They did take some money off the bill, but the inconvenience was not worth it.

Hired for move out cleaning , had to clean a few more things again after the maid left . She arrived a bit late and at the end she said she has to go to another client as that client is very big when I was pointing out some areas to revisit for final finishing

There was confusion as to the time of service but Alina bent over backward to come at an appropriate time to meet our needs. Very hard working. the end result ended up not being exactly what I wanted but I sent everybody home to get some needed rest because they had been here 6 plus hours AFTER cleaning another house, just so that they could meet my needs. The price was very reasonable.

They cleaned a home that we just bought. They were on time, had all of the tools they needed, and did an overall good job. The reason for the 4.5 rating is that several small areas were missed which we had to clean.
