I appreciated that what my original thought process for what I felt I needed that Chace was able to explain other options, better options, that actually saved me money. I feel the insulation project has helped in my future efforts of saving expenses on my home's energy consumption. I would make a suggestion of better communication while on the project but understand as a business owner myself that many factors get into the way. Bidding is important and should be updated to ensure an accurate bid all the way for them and the customer.

The installers were great, unfortunately the estimator under estimated the amount of material and it cost me an additional $585 after I had already been quoted.

The addition of attic insulation above our garage was scheduled on short notice and completely quickly. Cleanup was very good.

4 Seasons is an exemplary company. After scheduling the free consult Chase showed up and explained the audit process. He preformed the vacuum test on the house, you dont even realize how much outside air leaks in until youve done this. He then checked the attic insulation on both section of the house (101 outside so you can figure it was at least 130 up there). We then sat down and went over the Energy Star rebates, the Federal, and State tax credits, and the cost of getting us up to current code. All said and done with 2 solar attic fans, soffit clean out and baffling, and spray in insulation to 20 inches my final out of pocket was only $1180. With temps in the mid 90s we were going to bed with the house at 78, AC running non stop. This week in the 100s the AC cycles and were at 72 consistent. His crew showed up on time, very professional and proficient with install to clean-up. Take 30 minutes out of your day and give Chase a chance to show you what his crew can do, you wont be disappointed.

Bob and Cindy J. Four Seasons did a fine job of improving the insulation in our attic as well as adding two solar attic fans. We noticed a difference in temperature on the very first day. The fans are so quiet we can't even hear them. (Haven't needed the A/C yet). The work was very professional and done in a timely manner. We are very happy with the results.

I recently hired Chase and his company to handle all my Home Energy Audits and any applicable work with those audits for my Solar Company. I got a second quote from Four Seasons Insulation for some crawl space work. I needed new insulation in the crawl space, the crawl space cleaned out and sealed. The quote I got was considerably lower than the quote I got from another company The workers came in and worked under my house for four days to complete the work. The looked like coal miners when they emerged from the crawl space. When they completed the job, I crawled under the house a short distance and checked around. Very professional job, it looks great. I had the existing insulation (R19) which was falling down and had been installed incorrectly replaced with R30 insulation and I can already tell the difference. The workers were courteous and the owner Timothy M was easy to work with and obviously wanted to make me happy.
