Write a ReviewRepaired/replaced garage roof, damaged from falling tree. From the estimate to the completion, everything was done as promised. All matters with our insurance company were handled quickly and professionally. The workers were very professional and yet friendly. They kept us informed with every thing that was done. We are very please with the work done by this company. The entire staff and Bill Jr., were amazing and very helpful though the process. Would highly recommend this company.
Mason worked directly with our insurance company to get a new roof completely covered less the deductible and a few upgrades. That took a lot of stress off of me. He was wonderful!

I paid them to come out for an estimate I did not receive a written estimate they would not give me a written estimate after I payed them.
Dear Mr. Stockman, We have left voicemails and emails for you, but have not heard back from you. Please understand that we want to help you. I am sorry that the repair process so far has been frustrating for you. We always provide a written inspection report and quote whenever we come out to a home for a repair. Normally this is done on the first visit with a roofing specialist who will walk you through the photos and the solutions on the first visit. However, due to the COVID19 outbreak we have had to break this into a two step process with an onsite "touch free" inspection and then a Zoom review of the inspection, problems, and solutions. Your roofing specialist tried to schedule the zoom review with you and that is where I believe the confusion was. We are happy to schedule this Zoom meeting around your schedule. Nights and weekends are fine. We want to solve problems, not create them. Please let me know a good date and time to schedule this and I will personally take over this project for you. This company is great! Joshua did a great of explaining in detail what has to be done and the price was right! The repair man Dave not only did a great job repairing my roof but he got his blower out and cleaned out my gutters and pounded in a few spikes on my gutters! i definitely will call them for any roofing issues in the future.
Initial appointment was easy and sales person was on time and cordial. He was knowledgeable but had no issues calling the Wizard at Kanga Roof for the right answer. I needed snow diverters for my metal shake roof. They ordered the correct color and they look great. There is no snow yet but I think they will work just fine. Before the snow would fall off my roof like an avalanche and it wasnt safe. It was a breeze hiring them and they were no nonsense. I have been dealing with two companies recently that I would not hire again. I am appalled how some companies make excuses and blame others. I was SO happy Kanga Roofs installation and transaction went as smooth as it did. Thank you! UPDATE: Hired them again October 2019 What a CRAP job. I called them 3 times prior to the install to be sure we were on the same page but the installer somehow did not follow the plan the manager gave him for my dormer roof. Probably not a big enough job for Four Seasons and they hired a contractor - HIRED CONTRACTORS at THEIR BEST I guess. The BEST news is they didnt charge me, but my snow guards look like they were glued on by a 5 year old and it cannot be undone without damaging my roof.
