Our project was to convert a small hall bath to a no glass walk in shower for handicapped. We were looking for someone with imagination and ability to put it together. With my first conversation with Drew, he showed me the impossible dream could become a beautiful reality. Drew showed me how a small room could accommodate a wheelchair and a glassless roll in shower. The end result is absolutely amazing. Drew and team were professional, timely, excellent communication with attention to detail. We are very happy with the finished remodel and highly recommend giving Drew a call for conversation and estimate.

We had a vision of what we wanted to do with the side lot of our house. Found Drew and the team and they took our idea, refined it and made it a reality. They were professional, on time, and true experts. The kicker is that we had a wind storm blow a few of the elements of our fence down after construction. Drew and team fixed it better than what it was before. You end up rolling the dice a bit on the search for a landscaping contractor, but man this is one of the best decisions we have made. None of the "what work needed done" fit. We had an issue with concrete separating from a retained wall. Drew represented his company professionally and did great work. He gave a great explanation of his thoughts to fix the issue without going immediately to a major replacement. I highly recommend for any project whether in be remodel, landscape, or cement work.

Avoid Four Seasons Ready Construction I strongly caution anyone thinking about hiring Drew Mears and his company, Four Seasons Ready Construction. My experience has been extremely disappointing due to ongoing issues with licensing, work quality, and financial disputes. Licensing Issues: Drew and his company are not licensed in Denver, which has led to multiple compliance problems and unnecessary expenses to fix subpar work. Quality of Work: The work done by Drew?s unlicensed workers was poorly executed. I?ve had to hire licensed professionals to correct plumbing and electrical problems that were caused by improper installation. Refund Issues: Drew is refusing to refund money for services that were not started unless I sign a general liability release form. I advise against signing anything unless it?s legally required, and I recommend contacting consumer protection agencies for further assistance.

Quite possibly the smoothest experience I have ever encountered in my 20+ years using contractors. Drew and his crew were nothing but outstanding to work with. Id 10/10 recommend these guys to everyone!
