Job was completed to my satisfaction. Took two trips, but haven’t had a roof leak issue since.
Josh was amazing. He was able to find the issue and get our leak repaired fast. Pricing was comparable to other bids and their customer service was amazing. I will definitely use them again. Great job Four Seasons Roofing!
Fantastic work performed quickly. The roofing team came out and immediately diagnosed my skylight leak issue and provided a simple cost effective solution. No leaks since!
Brandon was onetime and did a great job and did exactly what I asked him for an pleased with the results.
They were quick and priced fairly. Made the repair same day.
They gave me a contract to repair a small section of my roof and to remove two skylights. They did not itemize the prices of each part of the job and when they came and finished the roof repair they refused to honor the contract and claimed that the skylight repair was more involved than they thought and the total would now be $6,900 instead of $4500. That was just too much so we considered just one and then none at all because of the way they do business. They said I owe them $3500 for just the repair of the small section of the roof that they worked on, and that I have to pay that price just because they said so. That is $3500 for the same work that I had lower quotes on from others, including Angis own contractors, but it was from companies that could not remove the skylights so I signed with Four Seasons since they said they would do it all. So what gives them the right to make us pay $3,500 when they did not even itemize the contract to show how much the skylight replacements and how much the roof repair cost? I did not know what to do but I wanted to at least see if the roof repair held up under a strong thunderstorm before paying them, but as luck would have it, during the times I was in town there were no thunderstorms to see how it performed. Then, out of nowhere Four Seasons Roofing put a lien on my home. They had my email and had no problem in sending the same bill over and over but they could not email me and warn me that unless it was resolved in a week or two that they would put a lien on. No, just slapped the lien on without giving me a chance to explain the delay. At one point I was even offering to pay the whole $3,500 they wanted because the owner seemed reasonable and like he really believed that it was a fair price, but I was wrong - he demanded that I pay for interest and other charges including paying $350 for the lien he put on my home. He said he wanted to get back materials he had left (when we thought we were doing the skylights) but now refuses to pick them up unless I pay everything he is demanding. I was so wrong about him.
The reason for this review is that the account was turned over to collections for non-payment. We are attempting to collect the debt through the courts.
Thanks for a job well done
Quick service, minimum charge
Very professional and willing to work with the insurance company's quote.
