Well folks, there's a reason for only one good rating and that was done seven years ago. If you're looking for any kind of guarantee and warranty for the product - stay away from this vendor. We got the sunroom built. All the glass sheets have one big hand print inside the glass. That's OK, I have learned to overlook it. Our BIG issue is that we are getting water inside the sunroom, thru the door, when it snows or rains. We have made numerous calls, but, he has not returned our calls. Our only choice is to take the legal action.
