Great guy and great job. Perfect.

There were several challenges with working with the contractor. First, they over committed and had too few people and the project was delayed which resulted in my losing other contractors that were lined up. Secondly, the home was an electrical upgrade yet they did not include the garage, the outlets/switches, pulling the old wire, and other problems. There was some very fine print that the finishing would be time and materials, making them very costly. They used lower grade wiring than one would think given a re-wire and the relatively low incremental price. As the project was winding down I was forced to hire an electrician to complete the work and fix several circuits that were not wired correctly including 3-ways, the range, and the furnace as well as tack the wires under the home that were missed. Some portions were just not thought through such as how rooms shared a circuit causing breakers to blow from running a vacuum and having a fan on in two different rooms. They tied in the smoke alarms and other wires into switch boxes resulting in too much wire and circuits had to be split. Lastly, any change orders are basically a non-option as the push-back/aggravation was too high. On the positive, what work was correct was most excellent. If you are a very knowledgeable contractor or homeowner you may be able to navigate the estimate closely enough to ensure that all requirements are included and intuitive. I would not suggest a first time DIY'er engage this contractor, they just aren't going to walk you through the process. In total, my experience was very poor and I'd be hard pressed to recommend them.
