Four Star Construction agreed to build a home for us after Hurricane Harvey destroyed ours Took a year due to COVID and other problems. We were ready to sign contracts and permitting was approved at the city level. Four Star Construction took our earnest money for the project and ran. Left it to lawyers to give us back our plans and estimates. They claim it was due to us. Personally I think they got in over their head. Now we paid five grand and have to start all over with a new contractor. The materials and work they did is useless to another contractor. Hire Four Star Construction for a bath remodel or something simple otherwise do not bother.
