Great experience through the entire process of an HVAC repair. Initial estimate was accurate, was kept up to date on the installation date and process. The crew cleaned everything up after installation, it was like they were never there. Outstanding!

Our system was freezing up. I called after hours + Holiday. My wife has breathing issues and the heat compounds it. 2.5 hour wait, but it was expected. Tyler showed up and had the issue resolved in no time. We will be using Four Star in the future.

We hired Four Star to replace our two AC units in Longs 2 Bosch units over $22k. My 83 year old mother asked installers if they would replace the 3 air filters , (standard ) they said, guy will do it tomorrow. Guy came to install scrubber’s next day, never installed the AC filters. My mom had to call them twice about coming out to finish their job. Now it’s been 7 days and nobody has came to replace her filters. Most upsetting is the AC system was filled with mold. She has had her new system pumping dirty mold all week. I can’t give even 4 stars for this service.

Ducts & Vents - Install or Replace
Had a wonderful experience with the gentleman that came out to fix my air unit. It was not actually the unit itself, but the ductwork that goes from one side of the house to the other was in terrible condition. Definitely needed repair. Holes in it big enough to put a clothes basket in it was no wonder that It was amazing. Their service is great so I would definitely recommend them to anybody that had air-conditioning problems or plumbing problems. If I had a chance to give them a 10 instead of a five, I would definitely give them 10 stars. Thanks again guys.

The company was fine. Very responsive. However $225 to clean a dryer vent is Highway. So I will not use them again. Other than the price they were fine.
