They are WONDERFUL, Cody was prompt and efficient. Very knowledgeable and courteous. Used our warranty to get 2 outlets fixed and they came made things worse they took out 80% of main floor outlets. Called Fowler let them know I had a 72 year old mother who suffered a stroke and heartache was crying because there was NO power. They would try to get someone out there as soon as they could, within the hour Cody was at the house (got lucky because he was in the area). He fixed everything within 30 minutes, was pleasant with my mom and reassured her everything was repaired. AWSOME customer service.

COVID compliant
As a landlord I appreciated their professionalism in communicating with our Tenant and working through the scheduleing issues. They came in at their verbal estimate, had all the parts on-board and were able to complete the job to the tenant's (and our) satisfaction first appointment. They submitted a QuickBooks invoice a day later with a payment gateway and payment was likewise effortless. Five stars all the way!!!
The electrician who did the estimate said he could replace the transformer AND install a video doorbell for the price quoted. The different electrician came to do the work. After installing the transformer, he said he could not do the video doorbell AFTER attaching the backplate & leaving wires hanging out. His time here was maybe 40 minutes total. Further contact with Fowler indicated it was **extra** to install a video doorbell. So we still have no doorbell and exposed wires.
Hello Miss Tina, This is completely not true. We provided an estimate in writing for removing and replacing a doorbell transformer. My technician that originally went to your house said he could complete the work that same day. You refused and asked for a written proposal. We did what you asked, sent a written proposal, and you replied back in email form that it was approved and scheduled for the next day. My 2nd technician went out as he was available that day and is very capable of changing a doorbell transformer. When he arrived the doorbell and chime had been taken a part and the wires were exposed already. He changed out the transformer and attempted to put back together what someone other than us had taken apart. You then presented him with a Ring doorbell (this is the first time our company was asked about this) and he told you he would be glad to install but it is an extra charge as that was not included in the proposal. We followed all procedures that you requested and provided our estimate in writing and you agreed in writing. Once we showed up you asked for more than was in the proposal. We made 2 trips to your house and now have this poor review. This is very unfair of you, but all our other reviews speak for themselves. I apologize that you felt all this necessary.
