"What this person was asking to be done was pretty much a impossible task. Over the phone she acted like she had a small pile of sticks that needed to be picked up and hauled off, but when I got there there where 2 huge piles of sticks and limbs. She wanted everything done for $200 and was not going to pay a dime more and I told her that I do everything by the hour!! I already got charged $28.32 by home advisor which I think is way to much to charge for a single lead and I had $20 in gas money just to get there. If I would have picked up and hauled off all of her stick I would have wasted about 4 or 5 hours out of my day."

"This is a false statement because I mowed his yard 5 times for a set price which we agreed upon. I told Mr. Henry upfront that it was going to cost more for doing leaf cleanups. On average it took me one hour, give or take, just to mow the yard, when the leaves started to drop, it took me 6 hours to do a full leaf cleanup. I charged him the exact same price for leaf cleanup that I charge all my other clients and no one else had a problem with my pricing but Mr. Henry. His yard is a larger yard I'd say it's probably 1 acre."
