Kieth was very professional he quickly identified the problem, had a replacement for the bad part in his truck, repaired the AC and had me cooling air in less than 1/2 hour. The price was reasonable and his personality and demeanor were very good. I did not need customer service.

Heat Pump Repair or Service
The guy was fantastic! He was working out of town and told me he couldnt get to me until Monday (it was Thursday when I contacted him.). He gave me some troubleshooting points but nothing worked. He asked would I mind him coming later in the evening and of course I said come on! He came and fixed it for under $120. Great, personal guy and very friendly. Knew what he was doing, so it didnt take long at all. I **HIGHLY** recommend Fowlers! Just him coming from out of town showed me his dedication and work ethic. Hope I never need a repair again but if I do, Im calling Fowlers!
