Our A/C had quit on a 97 degree day. I submitted a quote with Home Advisor to Fox Family on Sunday morning, getting ready for a hot, uncomfortable day, possibly even days, I was not expecting them to return my call too quickly (being a Sunday) boy, was I surprised when he called me back within minutes! He gave me a time frame between 3pm and 4pm that same day (Sunday) and was at my doorstep at 3:02! Greg was friendly and efficient. He got the job done quickly with professionalism and without any 'gimmicks'. His straightforward approach was a refreshing departure from typical contractors as he was honest and courteous. I completely trust him with all my heating and air needs. I now have peace of mind hearing the hum of our A/C unit going!

I was very pleased. The only reason I did not give them 5s for each questions is that this is the first time I have used their services.

We contacted Greg with Fox Family Heating and Air for an urgent repair need during a 100 degree plus heatwave. The A/C had gone kaput with the demand on keeping the temperature cool inside and began causing a series of power outages in the entire home. Not good! Explaining to him there was an elderly home owner using oxygen 24/7 in the home and the necessity for a functioning air conditioner to prevent a medical crisis, he put us on his schedule for the same day. Not only that, he arrived about an hour later. He had all the parts necessary with him to complete the job without any delay. The company slogan, "Fast, Honest, Friendly", sure rang true for us. We may have been able to get the work done at a lower price with another company, but not nearly as quickly. And given the circumstances and urgency, we were very satisfied with having a working A/C within a few hours of first making contact. Thanks Fox Family!

Greg is fantastic.

We couldn't get any help from a large company (think "BAM" plan) to fix our noisy AC compressor. They just wanted us to buy a new HVAC system for many thousands of $$$. Greg was all about fixing the problem and yesterday installed a replacement compressor which is nice and quiet. Highly recommend Fox Family. Plus, the fox looks cool on Greg's truck.

So it is winter and our heater decided to give us issues. Fan would not stop running if we wanted heat. Fearful that our older furnace was deciding that it was time to check out we decided too try and find a repairman to fix it. Enter Greg Fox. He came right out and for a moderate fee diagnosed the problem. The next problem was, after some research, that one of the possible parts was not longer available. Greg did not give up. He went a different route and bought another part that was also part of the problem. He came back out, installed and IT WORKED!!!! The relief that we felt knowing that the problem was solved and we were not going to be broke OR cold was a wonderful feeling. But, the customer service, diligence and kindness that Greg showed was what made this transaction fantastic. Absolutely will refer Fox Family Heating and Air Conditioning to everyone we know.
