John and his crew were courteous and were willing to do the job correctly and if we wanted something done, more, they were happy to do it the way we wanted. They are hard workers and I would recommend them and hire them again! Well done, John and crew. Grace. M.

Tree Removal
I was told debris would be picked up and instead sawdust was left in a pile behind the stumps.
Response from Fox Family Tree Service
"I am really shocked to see this review due to the fact that we were in the process of cleaning the saw dust up and was told that the property was going to be excavated and grass seed sown, so not to worry about picking it up. we also tore out and hauled away an old wire fence without charging any extra and waited over 30 days to be paid $3000 after the job was completed just to help you out. when we received payment we were thanked for a great job and told that you would definitely recommend us to others. But anyway, bad review or not we still appreciate your business and wish you all the best"

Tree Trimming
Came to my home and gave me an estimate, it was in-line with other contractors that came. They could start next day which was more than I had hoped for. The others were not available for a week or so. Did a great job, also my brother contracted them to take a tree down in his yard. They did all the work and cleaned up afterwards. Very pleased with my experience and would highly recommend them.

Owner was present, showed up when he said he would and delivered the promised service. Especially considering they could not access the tree in anticipated manner.

Tree Trimming
I asked them to cut the trees down and cut them into 1.5 feet pieces. Some were 3-4 feet in length. Could not even carry out drag them. Did NOT get what I paid for.
Response from Fox Family Tree Service
"Our agreement was to just put everything on the ground, for the price you were quoted and agreed upon. You were short on money and was trying to get it as cheap as you could is why it was agreed upon that way. I told you that why I had a man in the bucket the other guy would cut (some) of it "manageable" at no extra cost. Never was cutting all of it up in any specific length part of our agreement. Plus we removed 4 extra limbs hanging over your house at no extra cost!"

Tree Removal
They found a nest of yellow jackets & that limited getting the trees that were cut down moved down the ridge & out of sight. They did all they could. It just turned out not to be quite what we & they thought it would be. Still a very good service for the money. Nice follow up by the owner. Thank you.

Tree Trimming
I was very pleased with the job they did. They took down two big trees with a lot of obstacles in the way. The price was reasonable. They did a very thorough job of cleaning up. I was especially pleased with the way they worked together as a team to get the job done safely and efficiently. I would definitely use them again.

Tree Trimming
The company agreed to take down two trees that were going to be a challenge, and without warning or any clue they picked up all their equipment and walked off the job with it partially complete. The worst part is the difficulty in removing the trees was made greater because they cut the trees in such a fashion as to prevent using one of the trees from being a stabilizer to control the dropping of the other tree. The second company I hired completed the work despite the increased difficulty.
