They were hired, but never completed the job. They promised to come back to finish, and did not return my phone calls or text messages after weeks of no contact!!!. I paid them in full as well!!! They lied, and I need them to pay me the money owed for the remaining unfinished work!!!

The reviews I read were positive, so I was a little surprised by my experience. However, I hired them for a paint job and all the reviews were of carpet installs. Overall, they were friendly, but inexperienced (at least everyone but the owner) and the work was extremely messy. When they finished, I knew they had a lot of paint on the floorboards, which they tried to remove with mineral spirits, but I told them leave it since I would be painting those myself anyway soon. However, I did not realize until the next day when there was natural light, how much of the old color was showing through on the ceiling they did, including a huge gap they missed around all the edges. I am pretty sure they used an edging tool instead of a brush, so even with taping the edges were not straight or neat by any means. Honestly, I should have done this myself and saved myself the money since I will spend the time fixing it anyway.

Mike and his teammate were polite, easy to work with, and professional. They made room for us on their schedule and were punctual. They moved furniture and put things back safely. They fixed our carpet problem in under an hour. Along the way Mike explained what they were doing. I'd hire them again for sure.

The guys were professional, thorough and clean. My options were explained. We both inspected when they were done. I’m very happy with the outcome. I would definitely recommend Fox Carpet.

Very nice and respectful! Mike who came the next day after I called luckily, knows his stuff. He was honest and quick. He was even willing to come further than he normally would. We will definitely be calling him when we are ready to lay carpet again! I would say anyone waiting in line for weeks or months should definitely give him a call. I’m so glad I did. His honesty for what the charge should be is what amazes me, it’s hard to find honest people and I was way higher than what I thought it would cost... sure he could have said sure I can do it for that but no he was an honest guy which is rare these days unfortunately. I was thinking double what he charged me. And I made sure to give him extra for his mileage. Thank you guys so much we are happy with what you did here today and will definitely spread the word!
