Overall, a great experience. I chose this company because it’s a local company that I believe employ all of their workers under one roof instead of subcontractors so the process went fast tear off in one day and then a few days later the new roof went on that looks beautiful, Workers were skilled and respectful. My one concern is the finally bill was over 20% the quoted amount. Some of it was hidden issues some was obvious and should of been included in the original estimate, other than that 💯

Fox Haven Roofing did an outstanding job on my standing seam metal roof. Their crews showed up on time, were polite and hardworking, and the quality of the materials and craftsmanship was excellent. Communication was solid throughout the project, and they handled every city inspection without delays. They also cleaned up thoroughly and addressed any questions I had right away. The price was fair, the billing was straightforward, and the whole experience was genuinely smooth. Highly recommended.

I had the pleasure of Willis coming out to my home. I thought I knew better than him and created drama that wasn’t necessary. I thought because my roof was 3 years old I didn’t need anything. Willis saved me potentially a long term catastrophe. Thank you Willis your expertise your experience!

We were referred to Fox Haven Roofing company by a neighbor/friend who has personally used them to fix roof leaks at her house. She mentioned that they have fixed leaks at other houses in our neighborhood. Willis came to our house the next day after we called for an appointment. He was thorough and explained where the leak was and the process of how it would be fixed. The repair was done in 3 business days. The workers came the day after Thanksgiving to complete the job. Willis emailed us 2 reports - one with pics of the leaks/damage and then a second one with pictures of everything fixed 🙂 We are so happy that we hired Fox Haven Roofing Company!
