My central A/C went out on a Saturday night. I contacted HomeAdvisor that night and requested bids from the three recommended companies provided. I got a call from the sales representative of Fox Mechanical on Sunday morning. He came out Sunday afternoon after church, surveyed the site and gave us an estimate. He presented a proposal that was less than 2 other competitive bids even though I had not told him their bid amounts. His estimate was for a 16 seer Trane unit replacing the prior 10 seer Trane unit that had been running for 21 years. The two installers showed up 30 minutes earlier than scheduled the next day (Monday) and had completed the replacement in 4 and 1/2 hours. They did a startup on the unit and while they were waiting to ensure it was all working, they cleaned up the work area actually making it better than when they arrived because they had cleaned out the overgrown grass around the old unit. After everything was completed and installed to their satisfaction, they accepted a check from me and were on their way to the next install. Overall, I would have to say that this was the best A/C replacement experience I have ever had. Everyone I met that works for the company; the salesman and the two installers were pleasant, friendly, and really appeared to enjoy the company and their jobs. I can say that kind of attitude makes a tremendous difference and leaves a very good feeling in the customers mind because you realize they are putting forth their best effort.

Project; Replaced my complete air conditioning/propane heating system, men worked fast and efficiently, cleaned up after themselves and didnâ t mind my large dogs being in the way. The men just worked around them, itâ s nice to have a/c again, waiting for winter to see how well the heater works and for my electric bill to see how efficient the new system is will update my review then.

Josh was great to work with. The crew who installed the heat pump and furnace was very professional and very quick. System is working well so far.

I had a little bit of a financial issue in regards to the air handler they installed, but they were willing to work with me so I didn't have to finance it. I thought it was exceptional that they did so.

I had multiple bids on this installation. Chris from Fox Mechanical gave me, what I feel to be, a fair price and did not try to upsell me at all. When the installers (Garrett and Bishop) came out, they were polite and professional young men who took pride in their work. When I asked them about "problems" other companies pointed out, they assured me that the "problems" were no problem for them. The bid to installation was completed in 2 days and I could not be happier with their service.

Our AC quit on July 4th & we called Raymond Grammer ,the Fox Mecchanical salesman. He came over & gave us a good price for a new system. He said to expect them between 9 to 9:30 the next morning and they were here at 8:55AM. Jonathan, Marshall, and Larry worked non-stop and had the new system running by 1:30PM. They cleaned up and removed the old system. Great service, great price. I would definitely recommend them.
