The service call was after plumbing a house. Upon arrival, he looked at the problem and connected the line back on and said it was not leaking now. It was checked the next morning and was leaking. I called Advantage Plumbing, received a appointment for the next day. They found that the facet was bad, and that the hot and cold water were not to code and would not last much longer, I had the faucet, both cut offs and lines replaced. No more leaks. This by no means a negative report on Fox Plumbing, he thought he fixed the problem.

"The faucet was not leaking at time of inspection. Wilbur did not contact Fox about the leak after the technician left. Had he done so, we would have honored our work warranty and returned without charge to fix the leak. Fox Plumbing will replace faulty items when needed, however, the faucet wasn't all that old and showed no signs of needing to be replaced. No code violations were found."

Jarrod did a great job. He had to do a little more work than he expected because the pipe that comes into the house from the outdoor faucet was hidden beneath the floor of the cabinet under the sink. I assumed he'd charge me more for that, but he didn't. It only took him about an hour, he was very professional and friendly, and he charged me what he'd estimated even though he would have been justified to go a little higher. I will definitely use Fox Plumbing next time I have a plumbing need.
