"Hi Jeff. As we had discussed before, we could not accommodate your needs as we no longer work with the subcontractor that had small enough equipment to get through your gate. We informed you that we could not remove your fence due to possible damage and you would have to be responsible for taking down a panel. You did not want to do that, so we refunded you the amount you had already paid. At one point, we even offered to give you an extra $100 to find another contractor to complete your stump grinding to show good faith and you declined. We are disappointed to hear you are still displeased."
