We loved the penny Nicholas gutters in the front. The rest of the.house color gutters did not match. The response was to pay for an entire new set which is really expensive.

"Shanna, we are so sorry you feel this way but what you say is untrue. You and your husband selected the color scheme together at the first meeting. We do not choose the colors for a homeowners house. It honestly appears you were simply trying to get something for free the way you guys acted throughout the entire bid and install process. My house has many roof lines, with lots of corners, so not an easy installation. The gutters were installed in one day and looked beautiful. Except for the gutters being on the house there was no evidence they had even been there. Later we found one spot where water was not captured by the gutters. Jeff came out, saw the problem and a guy was out a few days later. I highly recommend them.

We were very satisfied with Fox. We are very dissatisfied with Horizon. We hired them to do a project this past fall. They completed some of the work in an OK fashion never returned to finish. Came to look at our current project and never got back to us with a price.
