"while we understand what you expected we worked on your oven and stove most of the time we were at your home. Im not sure how long it had been between cleanings but it looked like years of baked on grease on the stove top and in the oven. We used at least three different methods to clean it and even went and bought additional cleaners to try and get the years of backed on grease out of you oven. For the amount of time spent on your stove and oven you would have paid another company at least double. We did ask that you run the self clean on the oven which would have helped but you did not let it finish. We are sorry we could not met your expectations"
