We are United States Naval Veterans, who take pride in the quality of our work and our commitment to excellence. When other companies can't get it done, Fragassi is the company they call. We make difficult installations look easy. Our work is certified and we are factory trained on all major household appliances. Fragassi is a fully bonded and insured company. I hired Doug to replace a broken dishwasher. He (and Luger, his very handsome dog) arrived on time and did a great job with the dishwasher while Luger stayed in the van. Doug was very pleasant , did a great job, and the service fee was reasonable. I would hire him again without hesitation.

I hired this company to install a new dishwasher and remove the inoperable unit. The service was adequate but nothing special. There was a small amount of water leaking from the old dishwasher so when it was removed, it leaked onto my living room carpeting. I would have expected that this type of scenario might be anticipated and checked prior to removal.

Completely mind blown that their standard of professionalism is so low. The point of their visit was to connect a gas line to a dryer. "Well, I've wasted enough time with this. See you later," the direct quote from the technician which did not explain ANYTHING to me. He literally said that then went to the car and drove off. Will have NOTHING to do with this company in the future.
