Frain Construction

I LOVE MY NEW BASEMENT!!! I choose Frain construction from 3 other estimates. They were not the highest or lowest, but provided more services for the cost...I'm so glad we choose them. The Frain team, let by Butch came in, told me that it would take 1 month to finish, they would show up at about 7am and work until 3pm. They were true their word and everyday I saw all the work they accomplished. They even finished up a week in advance. Butch is a very competent contractor. He knows his stuff. He noted some issues with my electrical and fixed them appropriately. His attention to detail created an even better space than I imagined. I highly recommend them!

They are still working in my basement. I am so grateful i hired them. He has been here everyday since he started and keeps me updated about everything. His work is great and i have never met anybody so honest! Its about time i found a good contractor who cares about everything he does. I cant say enough good about him!!!!

I had been trying to find a contractor for almost 6 months. Butch and his crew replaced my deck in 2 weeks!! We are sooo happy with the results!!! Thanks Butch!!

Butch and his team finished on time and in budget. Ripped the room down to studs, then insulated, dry walled, painted, laid floor and hung ceiling. Good ideas for woodworking, duct work, doors, electrical upgrades and lighting. Very respectful of privacy and spaces. Left the property better than he found it. Excellent craftsman. Would highly recommend.
