Mike and Ramon were great! They were punctual, showed up when they say they will show up. The porcelain tile install was done professionally. My kitchen looks great. They put in 3 transition strips and they were seamless and were done nicely. Before leaving Mike did a final check of every corners making sure the baseboard and transition strips were done correctly. They cleaned up really good too. I highly recommend them.

As a general contractor, I have used Francel Tile for the past 15 years on over 100 projects. He does a great job and we will continue using him for all of our tile work.

Mike and his crew are experts and professionals in all respects. They did an amazing job with tiling our 3 bathrooms and 7 rooms, including a lot of unusual deco glass tile and other features. Mike prepped the uneven floor to make sure it was even, and knows how to deal with a variety of issues. He does well with communication, ordering and getting the tile, helping me pick the right grout, and with some of the designs too. I highly recommend Michael Francel/Francel Tile.

Mike called within 1/2 hour of my posting the job, and arrived for an estimate within 1 1/2 hours after that. This was on Friday. He gave a very very reasonable estimate. He and his crew started the project the next Monday morning at 8 am and were finished by Thursday. No muss no fuss. The project included a installing a border design between the old and new tile that invovled cutting tile and arranging small pieces. No additional cost for the border. The finished product looks spectacular--so much so that I smile every time I see it. He and his crew did a fantastic job at a very reasonable price.

I recently hired Mike to install 800+ square feet of tiles. He and his helper Gino did an outstanding job. He provided me with accurate estimate on labor and material and stuck to the quoted price. I would highly recommend Mike for tiling job.

They always pick up the phone, they come on time, they do great job and they leave the place sparkling clean when finished - what else would you ask for? And the price was competitive. Five stars.

Continuously showed up late which was an inconvenience to us, did not call to tell us when their people we coming to do the work. Failed to add grout in one corner and failed to properly add putty in space between tile and cabinet.

Mike's bid was the most comprehensive and done line item by line item so you know, up front, exactly what the costs are for labor vs materials. He was very easy to work with and understood my project. His installation was excellent, however, clean-up of "outside" premises could be improved upon. With more detail to clean-up, I would definitely rate Francel Tiel as 5-star. All in all, Mike was pleasant to work with and I have recommended him to one of my neighbors who needs similar tile work.
