I was very pleased the service I received; Jon explained so much about tile even though I had been thru the mill with a previous contractor. His work is excellent; even though I picked out 3 x 3 tiles which were on netting (which I thought would be easy to install), it added more work for Jon. He continuously measured to insure that the tiles were even. I'd would recommend him in a minute. Thanks for the great job! I love it!

Best experience I have EVER had with a contractor. He took a personal interest, clearly had a lot of pride in his work, and consistently went above and beyond on everything he did. He was always on time, always put in 110%, and the final result was beyond my wildest imagination. It looks amazing. I coudln't say enough about John. Everyone should use him.

John was talented, professional, courteous, punctual and communicated very well in terms of the project. We needed to coordinate our floor with the installment of our new cabinets also, He called them and worked it out perfectly. The price was both reasonable and competitive with others that gave us a bid. He gave us references prior to accepting his bid, whereas others would give it to us after we accepted the bid. He started and finished the job on the days he said he would. . His workers are also of the same caliber as he is-pleasant, professional and courteous. Jon is a "perfectionist"--perfect for this kind of work!

The work was completed ahead of schedule, and our house was left clean and free of debris. John and his sons worked equally hard for long hours. They showed up on time, and were always attentive to detail.

EXCELLENT WORK - HONEST GUY - FIVE STARS I really did not want to tear out our original 1950's bathroom tile. When Jon from Franchetti Marble and Tile looked at it neither did he. He appreciated the retro look and did not want to destroy it. He recommended removing the old grout in the shower, which was the worst area, and regrouting it. He saved me about $7,500.00! Despite the fact that he could have made more money on the job, he was honest with me. The new grout gives it a newer, cleaner look. I am very happy! Jon did a wonderful job installing our kitchen backsplash! It looks beautiful! Not only was his price reasonable, the completed work was professional and neat. Jonathan C. from Franchetti Tile did a fantastic job. He came the same day I called and gave me an estimate. He advised me where to go to get the best porcelain tile at a reasonable price. He then picked up the tile, delivered it to my home and he and his son installed the tile in three days. He was very professional and my kitchen floor looks terrific. When I'm ready to renovate my bathroom, Jonathan will be my first call.
