Tile: Ceramic and Porcelain - Install
Craig came out to discuss the project and gave advice on tile placement. Following his expertise we took this advice and our tile work is going to look beautiful. His contract price was fair, detailed to what he will work on. Craig was present when I ordered our tile and reviewed the amount needed, I felt assured this was the best way to order. He has ideas for ceramic tile borders because I am considering ordering a tiled mural, too. I look forward to posting pictures of our kitchen in the near future.

Craig and Matthew did a great job on our backsplash, in a professional and very timely manner. Craig obviously listened when I mentioned a minor detail leftover from previous contractors ( something no one would notice but me). Craig fixed it and didn't charge for the repair! I would recommend Franchise Construction to anyone looking for quality and integrity.

a very nice and professional man. I think the job was a little more than he expected, but he didn't say anything and stayed with the estimate we had agreed upon. The small floor area was perfectly done and I would highly recommend him for anything in his expertise. Thank you for your company of getting pros when needed.

Craig was a savior! We had a nightmare experience with a contractor that destroyed our beach condo. Craig and his team came in quickly and fixed everything. Their work was clean and thorough. He was very transparent on their progress and charged a fair price for the work. I would highly recommend him to others and plan to use him again for additional work in the future.

Craig Franks, of Franchi contstruction, was excellent to work with. He clearly understood what we wanted to do, basically make two rooms out of one large one. Craig made very helpful suggestions and was responsive to our questions As a result, the project turned out better than we had planned. There were no hidden costs, everything was up front and his bill was more than reasonable. We would highly recommend him.

Craig does meticulous work, is extremely easy to work with and is an absolute pleasure to have in our home. We are more than pleased with the installation of our kitchen and bathroom porcelain floors, grouting, sealer as well as grouting sealing and installation of a custom ceramic and glass backsplash in the kitchen. Highly recommended and we wIll be using franchi construction for future work as well!! Thank you :)
