I was very impressed! They came out the day I called to give me an estimate, called me to confirm that day that I had received it. I told them I was getting two more estimates and they were fine with that. A few days later I received a follow up call asking if I had received the other estimates, but there was no pressure just good customer service. I said I would mail a deposit check as I was out of state which I did on Thursday. My neighbor called me that next Saturday to say someone was working on my roof. Later that day I received pictures from start to finish of the job. The entire job went from the initial call to finished in less than a week (the delay was due to my waiting for other estimates). I'm keeping the contact info for Royal Roofing handy if I need a roofer again. They were great!
