Sean is knowledgeable, friendly, flexible, professional and helpful. He not only did a great job working with us to get our bats to leave our 75 year old cabin, but gave us helpful tips for repairs in other areas. Overall I was very happy with the service, so far successful. Would have liked to have seen all of the locations that bate was placed, as my dog found and tried to chew thew one of the stations. Fortunately those things are pretty solid and she didn't get to the bate. I was also pretty rushed myself, so they may have taken my behavior as a cue that I didn't care to know more. Overall very satisfied!

Customer service was quality. Scheduling was easy and the tech was prompt. The tech removed all the wasp nests and sprayed the exterior of my home however, the wasps never left. Called a week later and was told we needed to wait two weeks before spraying again. Called in another week, left them a voice mail, but never received a return call. It?s now winter and the ?3 month warranty? will expire before the weather warms up and the wasps return again.

They were very helpful, and knowledgeable in removing a squirrel from our home. They arrived early, and removed the squirrel within 20 minutes! Then released it somewhere else. Cheri answered all my questions before coming out, and was sympathetic to the situation. I would call them again in a heartbeat.
