They were professional and thorough.

Francis Pest control came out one time to perform pest control on my home. They performed half the service, and were to return to complete the second part. The Technician was supposed to contact me for the second half, but did not. I was billed and paid for what they did the first half and the technician said, because there is snow on the ground, he would have to come back to complete the second half when the snow melts. I was not satisfied with the service I already paid for, so asked them to come back out and redo the first half again. The technician did not come back out, but they sent a different technician to complete another installment. I called Francis Pest Control and spoke to two different people at the company about my issues. I wanted to make sure they would not be sending anyone else out, and told both Representatives to make sure my account showed no balance and that it was closed, in good standing. I have moved, shortly after, and a year later Francis Pest Control is trying to collect money. I called and talked to the owner, Sean, and it kept going around in circles with me on this. He told me he will report this to a collection agency if I did not pay. I told him I will report him for unethical business practices. I want Francis Pest Control to stop harassing me and close this account with a positive balance. I would also request a refund for the service I already paid for. I tried talking with Sean about this, but he is not being reasonable. This is one company I learned on Home Advisor to help me with as they have decent reviews. This is not the type of attitude and service I expected to receive.

I can't say enough about the customer service, quality and integrity of this company. I have rental properties and have used them multiple times. They are the most affordable price-wise, and they stand by their guarantees. I have had to have re-treatment a couple times, and have never had any hassle with getting them to come back. I would recommend Francis to anyone in need of pest control. You will not be disappointed or get better service from any other company.

Professional scheduling, excellent customer service, great tech (Chris), work was done efficiently, and we'll rate it 5 stars if the treatment works to keep mice out of our garage and house.

EXCELLENT!

It's too soon to know just yet how effective the sealing up of openings will be, but there is a 6 month guarantee for the price of $240, so we are crossing our fingers that we will have our problem solved. No reason to think it won't be. He did a thorough inspection and sealed up all sorts of entry points already.

Did not fix the problem despite 3 visits, which is exactly how long the warranty is for! Very poor job of locating and solving the problem. Would NOT recommend to anyone. They do not return phone calls, either.

These folks are great! The value for the cost is outstanding! The team members are knowledgeable, patient, and dedicated. The team member diagnosed the problem and fixed any potential future issues. When I heard more attic noises, another team member came back to confirm no intrusion..without additional charges. I will use and recommend this company for all pest problems!

He was more concerned about the mice around the house. Not the mice getting behind the siding and getting into the attic. I asked him twice about going up into the attic and he said it wasnt necessary.

Chris came super nice , explained everything he was doing and why. I would call him again

The guy was experienced. We did a walkaround first. Then he went to work and let us know when he was done. He answered all my questions.
