Great work, very satisfied

Pretty big price tag for what they actually did (scooped up nest and asked me where to put it). But better than putting birds in harm way. Next time I think I ll do it myself though.

Tyler did a great job and took the time to answer all of our many questions about bats and was very patient and friendly. We are very pleased customers!

Came out the same day, arrived at the time they said they would, was price much lower than other services and got the job done.

The technician, Robb, was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and thorough and we would definitely contact this business again, if needed!

Overall I was very happy with the service, so far successful. Would have liked to have seen all of the locations that bate was placed, as my dog found and tried to chew thew one of the stations. Fortunately those things are pretty solid and she didn't get to the bate. I was also pretty rushed myself, so they may have taken my behavior as a cue that I didn't care to know more. Overall very satisfied!

Easy to work with

Was able to come a day earlier than expected. Very thorough.

Customer service was quality. Scheduling was easy and the tech was prompt. The tech removed all the wasp nests and sprayed the exterior of my home however, the wasps never left. Called a week later and was told we needed to wait two weeks before spraying again. Called in another week, left them a voice mail, but never received a return call. It?s now winter and the ?3 month warranty? will expire before the weather warms up and the wasps return again.

Just waiting now, all seems better so far, only a smell from the dead mice wherever they are after eating the bait!

They did a great job. I am just waiting to see if the bait traps worked and if he was able to find and seal up all the holes.

Rob was very knowledgeable; spent time with me discussing mouse behavior and the rationale for where to seal up and where to set bait. He was just marvelous.

They were very helpful, and knowledgeable in removing a squirrel from our home. They arrived early, and removed the squirrel within 20 minutes! Then released it somewhere else. Cheri answered all my questions before coming out, and was sympathetic to the situation. I would call them again in a heartbeat.

Contacted immediately and explained someone would come. Did the work explained many things. Contact in week or two if still issues. Would definitely hire again
