Francis was able to do a deep clean on short notice as my scheduled cleaner had to cancel at last minute. Her team did a wonderful job and the house looked beautiful. She was attentive and detailed. I was so impressed I recommended her to a co-worker. Would definitely hire again and highly recommend.

Francis was able to come out and deep clean my entire house on short notice before we moved in. They did a great job making sure everything was polished and ready for us to move in.

I needed assistance in cleaning a recently sold property, with a short turn around time frame. I was contacted immediately and an appointment was made for a reasonable estimate. They are expensive, and they do not clean under the throw rugs or dust the pictures hanging from the walls. I have only one other point of reference to compare them with, which charges a third of what they charge, cleans under the throw rugs, and dusts the pictures hanging from the walls.

They did a great job followed all my instructions my place smelled great. Iâ ll be using them again.

They did an outstanding job on my apartment. I had the carpet cleaned in the bedroom and the place. Everything was cleaned. They have very reasonable prices and were right now time. Bathroom, kitchen, living room, bedroom. They wore masks and gloves the entire time for this whole Covid situation. I highly recommend them to you if you're reading this. Sorry no pictures. It wouldn't do it justice since i don't have the before hand and after moving out I will say it was looking pretty rough.

I initially hired Francis Cleaning for a one-time deep cleaning, but they did such a great job that I decided to hire them on a monthly basis as well. The house was shining and smelled great. My wood floors were shiny--I hadn't seem them look that good in a while.

Francis Cleaning left a bag of trash on the floor in my home, knowing that I have 2 dogs. I came home and the dogs had ripped into the trash. I had to clean up the mess and take the dogs to the emergency vet. When I contacted Francis about the problem, she initially said she would pay the vet bill and refund the cleaning fee. When I contacted her again with the bill, she refused to pay and refused to refund the cleaning fee. I then discovered that she has NO INSURANCE and NO BOND. Strongly recommend that you do not use her services.

I originally hired Francis Cleaning for a pre-move in deep cleaning. She was very responsive to my Home Advisor request and in regards to making an appointment to provide an estimate - even on a holiday weekend! I ended up hiring them for my bi-weekly service as well. I've been pleased so far! Very reasonable prices for Fairfax County.
