Sheldon was super easy to work with for my flooring job in Astoria. Had no clue what was underneath the carpets but he and his team helped turn the floors fro worn to looking great!

My floor was refinished by Mr Francis and his team, parts of the floor was damaged and darkened. When Mr Francis and his team finished, it looked liked we put down brand new floors. Thank voice all very much.

Francis Floor Caring did a fantastic job! I had very damaged and ugly wood floors, and they were able to sand it and stain it so well, it looked like a new room! The price was truly great and everyone was very kind and friendly. Would definitely recommend :-)

Overall he was professional about his work and his customer service was GREAT, I'd reccomend him to work for anyone I know. He gets his work done in a timely manner aswell for persons on a strict timeconstrate like I was. Even if things get changed amidst working he, still makes it work.
