The plans didn't end up being true architectural plans. They were a basic floor plan done on software that weren't exactly to scale. Their estimated quote for the build portion was substantially lower than their end quote. So, I decided to take the design elsewhere. Every builder that I contacted said that the plans were not usable. They weren't detailed enough to build from or to get permits with.....several wasted months and $$$.
