Franco does work without fulfilling permits or engineering requirements. He includes payment for these in the quotes but doesn?t actually complete the permits. So he commits fraud by stealing customers money for the permits and leaving the homeowner without insurance. He can provide no receipts. He operates illegally and extorts money from customers. He?s disreputable and causes significant financial damage.

This is a wonderful, honorable business. Great value for the money and their treatment of their customer is superb. They repaired our stucco that had been poorly done when the house was built and then painted it. It looks brand-new. We were quoted 10 business days to have it completed and they finished in nine. We highly recommend Franco Construction.

Franco Construction redid my bathroom from scratch. They demoed it and started over. Everything they did was explained to me before it was done. The estimate was very fair (I know because my husband is an engineer). They came on time and sometimes left late. They were always polite and went out of their way to make minor changes I asked for. I love my new bathroom. I will be sending before and after pictures so they can use them on their website. I will definitely ask them to come back and do more projects.
