Franco Heating and Cooling was one of the best companies that I have worked with in a long time. They were good about calling you to let you know when they would be arriving. I contracted them to repair my mother's heater. Her home was built in the 1930's and had the wall furnace. Franco was one of few that still worked on the wall heater. They were punctual, knowledgeable and easy to work with. I would certainly use them again and would refer them to my family and friends.

Sean was very thorough and quite knowledgeable about what needed to be done. He went the extra mile to find out what was the problem and fixed it. He repaired the loose wire in the electrical panel box, added the R410A coolant that was needed and was very courteous. When I received the call back about servicing me, it was quick and the hour window frame was less. They are prompt and deliver. I would highly recommend their service and will be using them again. The Pricing for the job was extremely reasonable and fair. They did not charge a late night fee as well, nor did they try to take advantage of me because I am a woman when it came to cost. GREAT WORK!!

Mr Franco came and he was very sincere

He brags too much about his expertise while in fact it is average at best. He said he used 4 lb of refrigerant and charged me $245 but never weight it. It is impossible to used 4 lb in less than a few minutes. I used be a serviceman.

Enrique and his crew came before our appointment, calling first to see if it was okay. Explained the problem (even took pictures to show me the problem) and gave an estimate. True to their word, came back once replacement parts were found and fixed my swamp cooler. Very professional.
