"We are sorry that your credit card was declined. You may check with American Express, and clear up this matter. As far as our contractor or this company keeping any funds and not doing the work will not happen. We will not do such a thing. If you like we can attach the decline notice on this site so that others can see it as they see your review of our company. We have spoken with you 10 different times concerning this matter. If you can prove to this company and HomeAdvisor that the payment went through to our company, we will fix the problem, and provide you $25,000 worth of service at no charge to you."
