I do not typically write reviews on work done, however I am compel to write a positive review on the outstanding work this professional had completed on my rental property . I had three estimates done; which was to have an old lighting fixture removed and sealed from the kitchen ceiling, then recess lighting installed throughout the kitchen and living room. The first two estimates I thought were kind of high and I felt they were trying to add on more work that wasn't necessary. The last estimate from "Franco's Electric' spent numerous hours explaining the various options and prices. He gave me outstanding recommendations and ultimately left it up to me to decide on the route to take. I thought he was very reasonable and transparent; after completion of the job, he had later called and ask if the quality of work was up to my expectations. A true professional and highly recommended.
