This is the worst company ever.. Zero communication! Zero accountability! Do not use this company! They advertise on Facebook as ProLine Outdoor 1, 2 , 3 and 4. Finally found their real name. RJ did my quote for fence remove and install. Was told, all would be done in one day! Project to start Thursday, August 8th. Hurricane Debby came through so I expected there to be a delay. August 8th 9:00 am, I called the office, I was told they would still be out that day. Wow awesome! Same day 1:00pm, nobody came so, called again to verify. Was told again, they will be out today. 3:00pm, no call, no workers. So, I call back and went direct to voicemail. I left a message. 5:00 pm, I get call from the supervisor. He tells me, â you have to understand, the hurricane delayed us. I do understand, thatâ s why I was surprised they would still be out. I just want to be told that they would be delayed. He told me, we will try to come out Saturday, maybe Monday. Saturday, August 10- no show. Monday, August 12 9:00- I call the office, straight to voicemail. I received a call back telling me, they would be out to remove the fence today and install tomorrow. Ok so, 2 days not 1. Workers came at 11:00, removed the back property line fence but not the front. Tuesday August 13 9:00am- I call the office. Straight to voicemail. Shortly after, I get a phone call asking for payment. I said, they havenâ t even removed all the old fence yet. Oh really? Never mind, Iâ m calling the wrong customer. 11:34 I have a missed call from the office, no voicemail, nothing. 11:39, I call back, straight to voicemail. I leave a message. I call back 3 more times over 2 hours. 1:27 I get a call back from Adrian, they will be out today you need to have patience. It will be a day and a half for install. I think I have been pretty patient! nNow 3 days not 1. 2:00 pm, workers finally show up, leave at 6. Some posts are now in the ground. Wednesday August 14, 9:30am- workers show up. 4:00pm workers leave. Now, all the posts for the back property line fence is installed and about 1/3rd of the fence. Thursday August 15- no show Friday August 16th, 9:00am- I call the office, straight to voicemail. I get call from Adrian being very hard with me. Itâ s not their fault, If there were not so many roots, we would have finished yesterday. Nobody is as here yesterday! He says, they will be finished today. All I want is some communication. That afternoon, the workers say, they cant finish today, will finish tomorrow. I call the office, Adrian. He tells me, the workers have to answer to him, they will finish today. They leave, not finished. 7:09pm, I send a text to Adrian asking him to please update me, no response. Saturday August 17 10:03am- I text Adrian, will they be here today, will they finish today? 10:05am, he reads my message, no response. 12:03pm, I text telling him that iPhone tells me he read my message at 10:05. I continue, this is the worst I have ever been treated by a company. Monday August 19 9:30-I call the office straight to voicemail. I use my wifeâ s phone, it rings! I am upset at this point, Adrian comes and takes the phone and tries to be hard with me again. I tell him, I donâ t want to speak with you, I wan higher than you. I am the highest person. Wow! I give him a piece of my mind. He gives me a $500 discount. That is not what I want but of course I accept. He assures me, it will be done today. 11:00 workers show up, more people working today than usual. 8:30pm finished but, they forgot the gate latch. He buys one at Home Depot. Of course, wrong latch, gate can only be opened from outside. Tuesday August 20- call office tell them about latch. Wednesday August 21- I ask about the latch.
